No Charges For Quackenbush

An 18-month investigation into a scandal that drove state Insurance Commissioner Chuck Quackenbush from office hasn´t turned up enough evidence to charge him with a crime. The Sacramento Bee says federal, state and Sacramento County officials report they have little to show for the probe.
