Soot Busters To Ban, Cut Back Wood-burning

San Joaquin Valley residents who use wood-burning stoves will have to replace them with gas burners or buy a device that cuts soot starting next year. Regional air quality officials want residents to get the changes done starting next year to cut pollution. The San Joaquin Valley is one of the dirtiest air basins in the nation.
