Animal Sanctuary Has Go-ahead

Animals at a new 23,000-acre animal sanctuary outside of San Andreas can finally call the place home.
After months of haggling with a neighbor and losing a defamation lawsuit, the Performing Animal Welfare Society has the green light to move in exotic animals rescued from circuses or abusive owners.
Two African elephants are already in residence.
