Frame Circuit Problems Knock Out DSL Internet Systems, 9-1-1 Systems

A data network outage knocked out an unknown number of automatic teller machines, internet lines and
9-1-1 emergency lines across the state yesterday for eight hours. The cause of the outage has not been identified and an investigation is underway.
