Levy’s Neighbors Mum

Washington D-C police say they´re frustrated with the silence of some of Chandra Levy´s neighbors.
Police believe they could provide crucial information about the former federal intern´s movements and visitors around the time she disappeared. They say far
too many people in her building have refused to talk.
