Chandra Levy’s Mother Creates New Group

Susan Levy and the parents of several other missing people in California have created a new support group.
Levy says the group, called “Wings of Protection,´´ aims to bring together the loved ones of people who vanish. Levy´s daughter Chandra vanished in
