New Date Set For Nesler Hearing

The preliminary hearing for Ellie Nesler has been reset for December 7th. Nesler´s counsel, Russell Miller was ill and couldn´t attend the hearing, causing Judge Eleanor Provost to set a new date.
Nesler is being held for distribution of methamphetimine and possesion of materials used to make the drug.
