Death Row Getting Crowded

The Justice Department says California has the largest Death Row population of any state, but just nine executions since the Supreme Court reinstated the death penalty in 1976. A spokesman for Attorney General Bill Lockyer says the slow pace is frustrating to prosecutors and crime victims.
