Plea Change For Attias

A teen accused of hitting five people with his car is changing his plea from innocent to not guilty by reason of insanity. Eighteen-year-old David Edward Attias entered the plea in a Santa Barbara courtroom. Four of the five people Attias is charged with hitting there last February died.
