County Sued Over Jamestown Mine

The state of California is suing Tuolumne County and county supervisors, along with a long list of mining companies and individuals, over the Jamestown Mine. The lawsuit is asking for injunctions forcing an end to pollution of ground and surface water and force the cleanup of the closed site.
