Caltrans Plans Week of April 24
Stockton, CA – Mother Lode motorists may encounter Caltrans crews working along three local highways this coming week, including one cone zone in place by Sunday evening.
Expect ten-minute delays in Calaveras County along Highway 26, as road striping operations continue in the overnight hours beginning Sunday night between Shelton Road and Highway 49. Crews will be setting up nightly at 7 p.m. and working until 6 a.m. through Friday morning.
Along Highway 49, shoulder work each weekday between Copello Drive and San Antonio Creek from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. will likely bring brief delays. So will utility potholing daily between California Street and Angels Road from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the northbound #1 of three lanes.
In Tuolumne County on Highway 132, daily maintenance work each weekday is scheduled to run under a moving closure between Stanislaus/Tuolumne County line and Highway 49 from 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., which may also generate momentary delays.
