Road Closures Planned In Murphys And Mokelumne Hill For Trick Or Treaters

Sonora, CA — A couple of the popular spots for Halloween trick-or-treaters in Calaveras County will have road closures.
In Murphys, the Rocky Hill Homeowners Association has requested full closures of Rocky Hill Road, Stella Drive, and Oro Street from 5-8 pm on Thursday.
Alternate routes for through traffic include Surrey to Algiers or Surrey to Bret Harte Drive.
In Mokelumne Hill, the Mokelumne Hill Community Historical Trust has requested a full closure of Main Street from Lafayette Street to Center Street, on Thursday from noon – 9 pm. Travelers will need to take alternate routes.
