There have been some light snow showers reported in the Mother Lode and the Sierra Nevada this morning.
Snow levels are down to 2500 feet.
According to the National Weather Service, scattered snow showers are likely to diminish this afternoon and end by tonight.
There will be a slight threat of additional snow showers Monday afternoon, with very light accumulations likely.
