Sewer Flushing In Downtown Sonora

Sonora, CA– Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) crews will be doing sewer flushing tonight in downtown Sonora.
Sanitary sewer flushing is common maintenance activity used to improve pipe flow. Flushing will begin off Hospital Road and continue down Washington and Stockton Streets.
During the flushing tonight, motorists may experience intermittent traffic delays in the downtown area starting at 11:00 pm and continuing until 7:00 am Friday.
