Film Fest Twain Harte Makes Debut
Twain Harte, CA– The spotlight is on Twain Harte tonight as Film Fest Twain Harte makes its debut.
The independent, international film festival is set to bring film goers and industry officials to Twain Harte to celebrate cinema and the community.
Actor Jeffery Weissman is scheduled to speak. He played George McFly in Back to the Future II and III and Teddy Conway in the Clint Eastwood film Pale Rider.
“The whole community getting involved here shows the soul of the excitement with not only stars, directors and film makers here,” said Weissman. “The cream of Twain Harte society is here, so it’s the place to be seen.”
Other festival speakers include Richard Riehle, known for his role in the 1999 film Office Space, Jack McGee who recently played the father and boxing coach in the Mark Wahlberg film “The Fighter” and legendary Hollywood stuntman Loren Janes.
Films are scheduled to be shown outdoors at Eproson Park, the American Legion Hall, the Twain Harte Golf Course and Black Oak Elementary campus.
The festival runs tonight through Sunday.
