New Faces Running Supervisors Meetings In 2010

Sonora, CA – Supervisor Liz Bass was officially elected Board Chair at Tuesday’s Tuolumne County Supervisors meeting, and Paolo Maffei the Vice Chair.
It was a quick vote, as Bass was elected 4-0-1, with her abstaining. Maffei was elected 4-0-1, with him abstaining. No residents spoke during the period set aside for public comments.
Outgoing Chair Teri Murrison was given a commemorative gavel following the vote, thanking her for her work over the past year.
