Business Acquisition Made
Sonora, CA — Mother Lode Internet (MLI) has consummated a major acquisition.
According to MLI President Ben Hulet his company has purchased Hub3 Networks, a local internet and network service provider in Tuolumne County.
This acquisition increases MLI’s capacity to deliver wireless internet services to un-served and under-served areas of the county.
Hulet added, "We have always been impressed with the Hub3 Wireless Network. The network is well designed with top-shelf equipment with ability to provide excellent performance and reliability.
Bryan Vyhmeister built the network over the pass six years but has decided to head in a different direction.
The Hub3 Network will be integrated into the MLI Network to create more capacity for both sets of customers and to increase reliability. Hub3 customers will become a part of a larger network that is monitored 24/7, protected with climate control, security, power conditioning and generator backup.
