Copperopolis Man Killed

Copperopolis, CA — An unidentified Copperopolis man was fatally injured in the rollover accident on Hwy 4 near Telegraph Road Friday afternoon.
CHP Officer Rebecca Myers says the man was driving in a Chevy pickup when a car drifted from the opposing lane and struck the truck, causing it to overturn.
A passenger in the pickup received minor injuries, as did the other driver.
The accident occurred at 3:28pm and Hwy 4 was temporarily closed down. Emergency crews have now left the scene.
