Sonora, CA – A Jamestown man on probation for burglary now faces multiple drug charges.
30-year-old Joshua Murray of Jamestown was arrested last night by the Sonora Police Department during a traffic stop. Officers found three plastic bags with methamphetamine, a glass smoking pipe, hypodermic needle and other drug paraphernalia. Murray was booked into Tuolumne County Jail.
The traffic stop for a mechanical violation was along Gold Street near the Stewart Street intersection. It occurred just after 9pm.
