A Sunday storm brought periods of rain to the Motherlode and snow to the Sierra Nevada.
The National Weather Service says mountain snow could continue at times today.
Three to five inches of total accumulation is expected above 8500 feet during this time period.
As of Monday morning, Highway 120 Tioga Pass was open, Highway 108 Sonora Pass was closed at Kennedy Meadows and Highway 4 Ebbetts Pass was open with no chain controls.
