Ice And Unsafe Speed Causes Single Vehicle Accident

San Andreas, CA — Thanks to seat belt usage 18 year old Raffy Cano of Mountain Ranch only suffered a small laceration to his head following a single vehicle accident at approximately 6:10am Monday.
According to the CHP report Cano was traveling westbound at approximately 40mph west of DeMoss Lane when due to his unsafe speed and icy contidtion, his 2003 Honda Element spun out and rolled down an embankment.
The vehicle landed on its roof. Cano refused medical treatment.
