Tuolumne County Supervisors Set 2009 Goals
Sonora, CA — Promoting economic development, completing an EIR for the Law and Justice Center and developing a plan to strengthen the County´s fire and first responder systems are included in a comprehensive list of 2009 Board Goals approved by the Tuolumne County Supervisors.
The Board compiles a list of goals on a yearly basis so that County staff has direction for the upcoming 12 months.
Other goals for the coming year include developing a regional blueprint of preferred locations for growth, increasing citizen access to information, adopting a 20 year capital improvement plan, supporting efforts to expand broadband internet, exploring uses of the Jamestown Mine Site and completing negotiations with the Stewardship Council regarding Kennedy Meadows.
