Tuolumne County Adult Day Health Care Ready For February 2nd Transfer
Seniority Life Care At Home will take over Tuolumne County´s Adult Day Health Care Services on Monday February 2nd.
Dr. Bob Uslander, co-owner of Seniority Life Care At Home, was KVML´s Friday morning “Newsmaker of the Day” along with Katherine Johnston who once headed Adult Day Health Care in the 1990´s and still knows the program well.
“We really want this partnership to work,” Dr. Bob Uslander said. “We really have a lot of confidence that this is going to be a really successful program.”
Tuolumne County will continue to provide funding for the program on a limited basis through February of 2010.
Adult Day Health Care provides a location for disabled and elderly adults to stay while their caretakers are away.
Uslander told the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors that he plans to keep the current staff in place.
Dr. Bob Uslander said that he has a vision of the Adult Day Health Care growing, thriving and becoming something that everyone can be very proud of.
