Winter Storm Warning In Effect Until This Afternoon

Sacramento, CA – The Winter Storm Warning from the National Weather Service will remain in effect until four o’clock this afternoon.
Snow showers will continue today as a low pressure system moves across northern California. Additional snowfall accumulations of up to 12 inches will be possible. The snowfall, generally around the 3,000 foot level, is expected to taper off this evening.
Drier weather is expected to return to the Mother Lode tomorrow with more inclement weather predicted for the weekend.
