H1N1 Vaccination Clinic Set For Tomorrow
Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Health Department will sponsor a mass public H1N1 vaccination clinic at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds tomorrow.
The Sierra Building clinic will run from 2-6pm. The vaccinations are free of charge. The cost has been picked up by the federal government.
County Health Officer Dr. Todd Stolp;”While the main target group includes those up to the age of 24 and pregnant women, we now have sufficient vaccine to offer vaccinations to the general public regardless the age group or medical history.
I believe the spread of the H1N1 virus is tapering off around the country and that’s good news. Hopefully it is because many people have decided to get vaccinated against this new virus strain.”
