Cogdill Honored By California State Sheriffs’ Association

Sacramento, CA — Senator Dave Cogdill has been named as an Outstanding Senator for 2007 by the California State Sheriff´s Association.
This marks the third such award for Cogdill.
The 14th District State Senator has, according to the Association, been a champion for ensuring funding for programs such as CAL-MMET which addresses the tremendous problem of methamphetamine production and trafficking and COPS which funds front-line law enforcement services for California´s small, rural counties.
