Copperopolis, Ca — A public hearing appealing a decision by the Planning Commission to deny approval to build 30 townhouse units on Lake Tulloch will go before the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Tuesday.
The developers who own the Lake Tulloch Resort on O´Byrnes Ferry Rd. are planning to demolish the current facilities and would like to construct ?Villa Del Lago? townhomes.
The Board is also scheduled to decide whether to consolidate 10 special school district elections with the November 4th General Election.
The Board meeting will begin at 9am on Tuesday at the Government Center in San Andreas. The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors is off until August 5 when a decision on the Mountain Springs Community project is expected to be rendered.
