Families Gather At First Annual “Day In The Park”

Sonora, Ca — Organizers say Saturday´s first annual “Day in the Park” was a success.
The event was held at Standard Park, and was the first opportunity to sign up for the summer programs offered by the Tuolumne County Recreation Department. Recreation Department Supervisor Erin Begley says she was very impressed with the steady flow of foot traffic that passed through.
“Day in the Park” included arts and crafts, an inflatable obstacle course, prizes, booths and other activities.
