CHP Conducting DUI Checkpoint This Weekend

Sonora, CA — The California Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Sonora Police Department, will be conducting a DUI checkpoint within Tuolumne County this weekend.
Tom Wills, with the CHP, says they are able to conduct the checkpoint due to extra funding. Wills says the goal on the extra patrol is to kick off the spring and summer with enforcement education.
