Small Subdivision OK’d For Jenny Lind

Jenny Lind, CA — A zone change and lot split approved by the Calaveras County Planning Commission Thursday has cleared the way for a small subdivision in Jenny Lind.
The 27-acre project is called Seven Oaks and will consist of 5 single-family homes.
Each ranchette would be made up of 5 acres on Shelton Road near Highway 26.
Ed and Loraine Beall of Watsonville are the property owners.
