William “Bill” Albert Splettstoesser, 82, born August 4, 1944 in North Dakota, passed away August 31, 2026 at his residence in Sonora, California. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Terzich & Wilson Cremation-Funeral home entrusted with final arrangements.
