Bobbie Ray Hill, born June 6, 1949 in Oakland, California passed away Friday, April 7, 2023 at Doctors Medical Center Modesto.  Cremation is planned and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Terzich & Wilson Cremation-Funeral Home entrusted with Cremation arrangements.
