LORING, WILLIAM “BILL” HAROLD

William “Bill” Harold Loring passed away peacefully, Monday, April 9th in Adventist Health Sonora, Sonora, CA. Bill was the dear husband to Patricia (Chavarria) Loring for 55 years. His loving children are Bret (Jimalene) Loring, Trisha (Rolin) Crawford and Lisa (Dana) Mayo. Grandchildren are Lexie and Drew Loring, and Kyle (Bridget), Ryan, Tyler, Chloe and Gyver Crawford. After moving to Columbia in 1980, Bill continued to work for Lockheed, Sunnyvale, Retiring in 1991 with over 30 years of service. While living in Columbia he was active in Kiwanis, volunteered as an Ombudsman and legal advocate. He served on the Commission on Aging. During World War II Bill served his country and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Bill’s favorite pastimes were working on his property, burning brush and digging ditches. His deep love for his family was evident through everything he did. He has left behind a wonderful legacy. His devoted family was by his side as he made his journey to Heaven. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.
