Wilbur H. “Okie-Dokie” Strong, a resident of Tuolumne, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, at Sonora Regional Medical Center. Donations may be made to the Keith Dale-Wann VFW Scholarship in Tuolumne. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
