Werner Joseph Rueschenberg, a resident of Cedar Ridge, passed away on Friday, August 6, at Sonora Regional Medical Center. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to All Saints Parish, P.O. Box 642, Twain Harte, CA 95383. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
