Donald Delwin Roop, a resident of Jamestown, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, at his home. Donations may be made to the Parkinsons Institute, 675 Almanor Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
