Andrea Marie “Andy” Milano Porter, a former Tuolumne County resident, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, at her Stockton home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society or the Women’s Center of San Joaquin County. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
