Merle W. Starr, a resident of Sonora, passed away on Friday, January 23, at a care facility in Soulsbyville. There will be a graveside service on Saturday, January 31, 1 PM at Mt. Shadow Cemetery. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
