William Ralph Davis, a resident of Sonora and also known as Bill the Barber of Columbia, passed away on Sunday, August 31, at the Livermore Veterans Nursing Home. There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, October 19, 2 PM at The Church of the Forty Niners Hall at Jackson and Gold Streets in Columbia. In lieu of flowers, donationa may be made to your favorite charity.
