Clarence “Steve” Stephens, a resident of Tuolumne County, passed away on Thursday, June 12. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2 PM at Sonora Seventh Day Adventist Church, 40 No. Forest Road in Sonora. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
