Donald Simpson, a resident of Stockton, passed away on Thursday, January 10, at Meadowood Health & Rehabilitation Center in Stockton. No services are planned. Donations may be sent to Shriners Hospital for Children, 2425 Stockton Blvd., Stockton, CA 95817. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
