Downa C. Tapley, a resident of Sonora, passed away on Saturday, September 8, at Avalon Care Center. Visitation will be from 9 AM to 11 AM on Wednesday, September 12, at Heuton Memorial Chapel, to be followed by a Funeral Service, also at Heuton Memorial Chapel. Private burial services to follow. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
