Sandra Allen, a former resident Tuolumne County, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, July 28, 11 AM at Christian Heights Assembly of God Church in Sonora. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
