Sadie Thompson, a Sonora High School Senior, was nominated for High School Student Athlete of the Week for her dedication. Her goal is to become faster at running and she puts in hours of work to accomplish just that.
Her aunt Whitney Grant says, “She just spent three weeks away from home to train at high elevation to build her lung strength and endurance.”
