Concerned parents gathered earlier this evening to hear about the “Master Plan” involving Columbia
Elementary School. Superintendent Dr. John Pendley says a new facility will be built to accomodate students at the Shaws Flat Road campus.

Pendley
says the Shaws Flat Road campus building is dilapidated and there´s traffic concerns and that a new facility is needed. Parents had protested the plan a couple
of days ago, believing parking will be a problem at the new site further down Parrots Ferry Road in Columbia.
