Richard Sullivan, a resident of Soulsbyville, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, at Sonora Regional Medical Center. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, March 17, 4 – 7 PM at On Lock Sams, 333 South Sutter Street in Stockton. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 73, Jamestown, CA 95327. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
