Maryann’s Korean Beef

Note: I found that if you have your beef frozen and slice it while it’s still partly frozen, it slices up easy!

1 | lb | beef top sirloin, thinly sliced |
6 | cloves garlic, minced | |
1 | pear~peeled, cored & minced | |
2 | green onions, thinly sliced | |
4 | Tbsp | soy sauce |
2 | Tbsp | sugar |
1 | Tbsp | sesame oil |
1 | Tbsp | rice wine |
1 | Tbsp | sesame seeds |
1 | tsp | minced fresh ginger |
fresh ground pepper |
To prepare:
Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or longer). Heat skillet with a bit of vegetable oil, stir fry beef with marinade for 3-6 minutes or till done. Serve with rice.
