Amy Rolston is the Wellness Outreach Specialist of the Live Well Be Well Center at Sonora Regional Medical Center. She received her bachelor’s degree from California State University-Stanislaus in Health and Wellness/Kinesiology with an emphasis in healthy aging. Amy is also a massage therapist and is working towards being certified in strength and conditioning training. She has worked as a fitness instructor for over fifteen years working throughout Tuolumne County.
