First you must set reasonable and obtainable goals. Then I would say the biggest thing is to find something you love or enjoy doing and focus on that. Think back to what you enjoyed doing to stay fit before you became inactive and do it. People often mistake exercising as something they have to do and it makes them miserable. No one is going to enjoy or stick with a program if they’re doing something they absolutely hate. So picking something that you love is the place to start.
