“Franks ‘n Steins” Octoberfest dinner

“Franks ‘n Steins” (sometimes called “Brats and Beer”), the annual Octoberfest celebration and fundraiser for Union Congregational Church in Angels Camp, is happening this coming Saturday, October 26, at 5:30 at Fellowship Hall at the church, located at 1141 South Main Street in Angels Camp.
Dinner will feature brats, homemade purple sauerkraut, German potato salad, giant pretzels, dessert, a beer bar, and all the accompaniments for the brats. The “Beer Bar” will also include wine.
There will be live music, provided by Brent and Laurie Corson, a 50/50 raffle, basket auction, and a “Hot Brat Toss” game that has proved quite popular at past dinners (No, you may not toss your children during the game!).
Tickets are available through church members or at the door, or you may call 209-559-1805. Dinner is $15 for adults and $5 for children.
